In addition to the one-month Reflections Yoga teacher training, we offer a less detailed program for those who are not interested in becoming teachers, but would like to develop a stronger, deeper practice. This retreat develops your practice both spiritually and physically!
The program will follow the same structure as the teacher training except you can chose how you spend your time, taking the parts of the program that interests you most: philosophy, anatomy, yoga ...or go for a swim or hike. It’s a great way to immerse yourself in the practice whether you’re interested in becoming a teacher and need to develop your skills, or if you’re just a real yoga buff.
