| Balance Yoga is a non-dogmatic style of yoga that emphasizes spiritual balance,
modern day fitness and holistic health. The Balance Yoga Certification course meets the requirements for the Yoga Alliance's 200-hour yoga teacher registry. Upon completion, students will be prepared to teach meditation, Hatha, power and vinyasa yoga.
