| Hi everyone, I am considering attending a TT at Yandara in Baja, Mexico this summer. There are already a couple threads on this, but they are a few years old so I wanted to be sure to get up to date information.
Has anyone heard anything - good or bad - about the program? For anyone who has been, do you recommend the 16 or 26 day course? What type of yoga do they specialize in (it wasn't too clear on the website)?
