| I have read that astral projection is a relatively safe activity. Anyway, we astral project everyday when we are fast asleep. Simultaneously, I have also read that astral projection has its dangers, such as meeting demons and negative entities, for example. Which of these two views is true? What do you think about it? | |

| There is no objective evidence to support the claim that anyone can project their mind, soul, psyche, spirit, astral body, etheric body, or any other entity to somewhere else on this or any other planet. The only "evidence" is testimonial and highly suspect. Therefore, I suspect that the primary danger is in mental illness due to losing touch with reality as you "travel" more and more in imaginary worlds of your own making (projections of the mind like dreams). The "demons" that you would meet would be the "demons" from your own subconscious mind i.e. things that you have been suppressing or your fears appearing in symbolic form. Messing with your mind like this is similar to taking LSD and other psychedelic drugs. You may get some insights, but you may also do permanent damage. There are better ways to obtain the insights.
