If you don't mind me enquiring...... What sort of kriya yoga are you teaching/practicing together? For example, is it the linear or the orbital variety or a bit of both? Do you move the energies along designated chakras or along the sushumna/spinal cord ,generally speaking? Does the bindu pt. figure? Etcetera ---I think your u-tube channel is great btw;very inspiring videos and yogi lifestyle & practice you have there- i enjoyed watching them- thank you very much!!!!
