I'm no help here BF but am anxious to hear from others. I have taught some mom and me but the daughters were 7 years old--they were the best yoga students ever--and a blast to be around.

I teach several children's classes, mom and baby classes and "family classes".

This sounds like a family class.

I would put the main focus on the kids ages 2-4. Parents will follow along and "help" infants. Often, infants are content to watch and be in such a positive space.

Kids ages 2-4 will only keep focus on the class for 30 minutes- 45 if you're lucky. Make sure you have MUSIC and a story or two. They can be brief.

I usually use a CD by Keira Willy called DANCE WITH THE SUN which is AWESOME for family and toddler yoga. I find most of my stories online. I try to be sure it includes yoga pose words repeatedly throughout. For example, I may find a story about a CAMEL, a BUTTERFLY and a DOG. They can focus on doing those three poses throughout the quick little story.

Parents can help their little ones, watch them or pose their infants while the toddlers do their thing.

Hope this helps!!
