| Funny, I feel kind of the same about your post. I'm not sure why you seem to get such satisfaction expressing everything wrong with your Bikram Yoga class even while admitting it makes you feel good. Are you this conflicted in all aspects of your life? Might be something to look at. |

3 months money you spent because you thought it was good that time. Now, you decide exactly whether it is good to go. Whatever you think in terms of Yoga: you should do and that is Yoga for you. If you decide one thing and do another thing that is NON-Yoga. But, if you keep worrying about Money, it will be NON yoga whether you go to class or do not go to class. People invest lot of money in many things to try out. So, why are you so much worrying about 3 months money? |

While I can accept that I may have understood your posting wrongly, and also I can apolgize for the same, I do not understand where you mentioned doing Bikram for 6 years in this thread. And, also I thought you just mentioned you are studck with 3 months unlimited.
And, do you find my statements illogical? |

| When I want to go to class knowing it will make me feel good, and I don't go, it's usually because I'm lazy. Just food for thought.
Is it possible that its becoming repetitive because you rely on the dialogue, and not enough on your own practice?
Setting your own goals might help. Your body is different each time you step into class, so you should try to take something new from each class.
Maybe in your case, changing instructors would help? They may emphasize different aspects of the poses, etc. Or maybe hearing a different voice would help? |

Location: A Blue State | I just love the determined little truisms that flow from Bikram yoga -- it's all about trying harder, taking charge, overcoming obstacles, setting goals, listening to your body tonight, self improvement, and setting aside bad habits. Very can-do, will-do. Luv it! .. bg |
