vandana:

Understand your problem. Now, answer the following questions:

1. How many hours and how deeply you sleep each day?

2. What kind of food you eat day by day, how many times, quantity, etc?

3. How much and what kind of exercise you do each day with NO day break?

http://www.seasonsindia.com/beauty/darkcircles_sea.htm Also has a lot of other things about eyes.

Also dark cirlces could indicate some kind of a kidney issue...so make sure you are getting enough water, resting properly...are you worring a lot or overtired?. Use more light if you read a lot or whenever you do. Make sure proper eliminate/bowel movements, sometimes it is a potassium lack...which you usually balance out with other minerals like calcium and magnesium. A good multi-mineral and multi-vitamin could help...which will also help you to incorporate lots of water. Also regularly massage your own feet one at a time lovingly and throughly...it might help to soak them in warm water with some rubbing alchol, epsom salt, or other that you think is good for soothing or rejuvenation. if you have someone close to do it for you all the better. A chart should be here

Is this an issue you have always had or something recent? As others have said, insufficent sleep or sinus infections can cause darkness.

What sort of complexion do you have? I'm a very pale skinned sinus sufferer myself so dark circles under the eyes are a permenant feature for me, alas

I think that the main reason for an otherwise healthy person to
have dark circles under the eyes is a lack of sleep. Try getting
8 hours a day!

Of course they work! Why would anyone sell something that didn't work?? Buy one of everything, use them all and you'll look like a model in time for Christmas...

It would be wonderful if you can drop by to visit my web site www.mydarkcirclesblog.com to check out the latest information about dark circles. I hope it helps. Thank you.
