Hi,
I am thinking of spending 1 month at Arogyadhama and hope that by a disciplined life there, a spacious airy green environment and doing 1-2 hours of yoga in a group will get me back on track. I don't want any certificate. I am not going to teach Yoga. I want to go there as a patient in Arogyadhama. In yoga, I am not targeting to get exposure to only spiritual/philosophical aspect of yoga but a bit more physical like various asanas, which would help me in depression and in weight loss and making my body supple.

Anybody could please give some inputs on this? How would you recommend?

Thanks

Really Guys? If yoga means yoga postures, then this course is definitely for those ppl. Only if you want to learn REAL YOGA of PATANJALI, then yes, go with eyes closed at SVYASA. One of the best courses conducted in this world for people who would like to experience the real yogic living and philosophy- Not for weaklings who can't live without the modern luxuries.

It's very intense- almost 500 hrs of teaching in a month, so it's better to be mentally prepared. Personally, I would love to go back for one year yoga therapy course as soon as I can get a year free.

Shantiji, if they are doing business in name of yoga, the course fee wouldn't be this less? I just paid $3000 for another teacher training... Again, YOGA doesn't mean postures but a way of life.
