Induction cooker principle is the phenomenon of electromagnetic induction, that is, the use of alternating current through the coil to produce alternating magnetic field in the direction of change, alternating magnetic field in the conductor will appear vortex current (for reasons refer to Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction), which Is the vortex electric field to promote the conductor in the carrier (the pot is the electronic and not by iron atoms) movement; joumal effect of eddy current conductor temperature, in order to achieve heating.
