| In sewage treatment, there will be sludge in the sedimentation tank, which needs to be pumped to the treatment tank for treatment. At present, the widely used is the submersible pump, also known as the submersible sewage pump. Today, we will talk about the causes of some faults in the operation of the submersible pump, and where to go.
In sewage treatment, there will be sludge in the sedimentation tank, which needs to be pumped to the treatment tank for treatment. At present, the widely used are submersible pumps, also known as submersible sewage pumps, submersible sewage pumps and so on. Today, we will talk about the causes of some faults in the operation of submersible pumps, as well as the treatment methods.
1. Internal leakage of submersible pump:
(1) When the submersible pump leaks water, it causes insulation damage, bearing immersion and alarm system, forcing the unit to stop running.
The main reasons are: the dynamic seal (mechanical seal) or static seal (special seal for cable import, type 0 seal ring) damage of submersible pump causes water seepage, power cable or signal cable damage causes water seepage. All kinds of alarm signals, such as water immersion, leakage, humidity and so on, should be stopped; before installation, the quality of each sealing component should be checked; during installation, the end face of each sealing component must be guaranteed to be in good contact; before operation, the insulation resistance between the motor and the ground as well as the sensor components of the alarm system should be checked. When the above-mentioned faults occur during operation, replace all damaged seals and cables and dry the motor. Seals and cables removed shall not be used again.
