In P.E we have to summarize a health or fitness article which would include yoga, so if you wouldn't mind emailing me your yoga article. And please if you do email me your article hurry my assignment is due this Tuesday!

there are tons of good books out there on the history of yoga and how it has grown in popularity in the states. you can also go to the yoga journal site yogajournal.com or the yoga international site yimag.org for more material..
happy hunting!

yes me also i feel deprived of it now i have it my life has changed forever , I was one of these people who pounded the streets and pumped weights till i thought i was about to burst. A very sad couple of years due to bereavement and i started yoga and i am more able to cope with anything life has to throw at me, I am developing inner strength .... Sadly it was the hippies that put me off i thought they were all stoned......
