Tashi Delek Everyone!

I have cervical disc herniation C6-7-straight neck is xrays.
Supported shoulderstand seems to relieve the pain and much of the tightness associated with this condition.(as long as I do not hold it too long or engage jalahandra bandha)

Most of the literature says that shoulderstand should be avoided.

It seems that my neck and shoulder impingement pain are like twins-when the roll they roll hand in hand!

Any insights would be great-

Susan

Well, for me I think you should abide what the doctor says.
