Joist
In most situations,joist,as the support of decking,are necessary for installation. If your decking are installed directly on a lumber(steel)frame and make sure the beam can offer enough support and place for fixing clips,joist can be avoid.
There are two kinds of joist,Hollow(40*30mm) and Solid(40*25mm).
End Cover
Een cover are optioanl if you want to make you wood plastic composite decking looks more beautiful.
We only need to cut to proper length,screw it to sides of decking and that??s all.
Swall tail clip
PE as material may offer excellent flexibility to fit thermal expansion of decking boards and aging resistance for out outdoor life.Swallow tail structure may define the gap between two boards and enhance the flexibility of the clip.Gap between two boards can be controlled between 6-7mm
By using this clip.
Metal Clip
This clip is designed for cladding system at first,some customers who have special requirement of small gap can choose this clip as it can control the gap between to boards within 3mm so that no connection can be seen.Never rust,deformed or aging.
Anchoring
Anchoring (Expansion screw) are used to fix the joist into ground.It??s not necessary for an installation is an wood mounting structure already exist .We recommand diameter of plasetic pipe is 6mm.
Color and surface finishing
Slight color and surface finishing difference on your deck may occur due to small difference in raw material used,and the surface finishing of the deck board.These variations are normal and make your deck look more natural.The surface of your deck takes up about 15 weeks to reach it??s nature color.You may notice some discoloration during this period,which is normal.
Installation area
The surface on which your deck will be installed must be stable .It can made of concrete ,slabs,or other surface wit the same characteristic.A slope of 1cm every 2m is recommended to facilitate water run off.
Leave at least two side to the under-deck space open for cross ventilation
To reduce moisture build-up,sufficient ventilation of your deck is very important .Two side of the deck must be open or lattice only.Solid cladding or skirts can be used on condition that a minimum of 5cm high unobstructed continuous airspace along two side of the deck.Leave at least two side to the under-deck space open for cross ventilation.
