Subject: Pramayana


I have had two instructors tell me two different things about my abs during pramayana deep breathing. One says to keep my stomach muscles engaged on the inhale, and the other says to relax my belly on the inhale. Each accomplishes something good, but I never know which one to do. Which is Bikram's way?
