Take a yoga class! There is no better way to learn yoga than from a skilled teacher. So ask around, it's probably better for you to stick with a hatha, iyengar or kundalini class, but some places just offer a basic beginner class which is the best place to start.

A lot of times beginners get discouraged and don't stick with it thinking I've been doing this for a month and I'm not meditating yet! Don't be that person. As with most things, the benefits of yoga come with consistent practice. So maybe a class a week or two if that's what works for you.

Best of luck!
