Hi!i I'm 19-year old girl and I want to begin exercising yoga, would somebody be so kind to give me some advices? let me know a web-site from where I'll be able to download yoga exercises (verka1984@yahoo.com) Thanks in advance! :)

oh no, pls not the dvd and video,s! Yoga must be done only with the careul guidance of guru. pls read my post on this subject. if u x like this advice, up 2 u. your life.
