Subject: Different Yogas?

Hi. I'm 13 years old and I'm new to yoga. I've read that there are many different types and I was wondering if the different types fit different lifestyles. For instance, would there be a better yoga for me, at my age? Thanks for any future help!

Blessings to you beautiful one! Some studios have yoga for kids programs. There are yoga for kids video tapes also. There is a group out of LA called YOGANGELS--They have a video out where the kids actually teach the classes. I have seen them perform and they are amazing. You can write them for more information at yogangels@yahoo.com. Hope this directs you!
