Is anyone here familiar with AYS? I am interested in their 200-hour intensive and I'd love to hear from people who have taken the training or taken classes with David Garrigues and/or
Catherine Garrigues (both Certified Ashtanga instructors).

I have no direct experience, but you probably can't go wrong with 2 certified teachers. There aren't many certified Ashtanga Vinyasa teachers in the world, so you'll probably learn tons!
