Subject: Excess Bikram Muscle Loss?

Hello,
I am a very active person. I lift weights, do Bikram 3-4 times per week, run and swim. I noticed that when I do Bikram more than two days in a row, my muscles significantly decrease in size (especially my chest). Is that normal? I understand that excess cardio can result in muscle breakdown, but I'm definitely eating and drinking more than enough. Any advice would be great.

Yoga (any yoga) encourages a long, lean physique so you may just be noticing your muscles being longer. Or you may be noticing some dehydration. Or you may be overdoing your exercise quotient as a whole. Just guesses
