Subject: hot vinyasa


anyone ever take a hot vinyasa class?? what are you thoughts on a hot room with vinyasa style teaching?

Local studio offers "hot" yoga. I've taken a class (having taken more since it's a 6 pm on a Sunday) which was a lot of fun. Frankly, the heat is nice, but only to a certain point. Beyond about 85-90 degrees I think things get uncomfortable.
