i am very interested in learning how to do yoga and meditation, but i am in SO many things.. i NEED MORE TIME! i wish i could find a way to add yoga and/or meditation to my schedule. Unfortunatly, my mom is not suportive. i'm into the natrual healings, like reiki, but for my stress she wants me to get all druged up on painkillers. what do i do?

Well first things first...living life according to your mother is only going to allow HER to run your life, not allow you to run your life. So either stick up for yourself or do as you're told. What's your choice?
Secondly, pick a path and follow it. Don't get interested in something just on the surface and expect to find all the answers. Dig one hole and dig it deep, not ten holes a foot deep. Meditation and yoga isn't something you learn in a week or two and it is definetly not for everyone (your mother being one of those people?)

Look, we americans want the quick fix...well here's the wake up call...there is no such thing! We don't get good at things by thinking about them or reading about them. We get good at things by doing them. So pick something you love and just do it! Forget about anything else, especially the things that get in your way.
