BIKRAM IN ATLANTA, OCTOBER 28 & 29

Bikram Choudhury will be holding a workshop at the Omni in Atlanta on October 28 & 29. The workshop is open at anyone and costs $225 but if you register before October 1 it is $200. (I'll post more information after October 3.)

I live in Atlanta (Decatur actually) and would love to go...but $200! That's quite a jump in the exercise budget, especially if you consider it would be for me and my wife...after paying $112 each for a monthly pass to our Bikram studio.

I'll have to pass on that.

I thought $200 was cheap compared to other workshops I've been in. Besides, this should be fun. I think (not definite yet) I'm going to go meet the master! Please, everyone do lots of Pooja for me that I shall survive through this, more to come on whether or not I chicken out,
