Subject: question for women(maybe men?)

Ok, so I'm bringing this question of monthly cycle and bikram again. But it's not about whether one should practice during the cycle or not(as I've became determined to practice). I read it in Bikram's site, on one of woman's testomonial that her cycle days became shorter as she frequently practiced bikram? Has anyone heard of/experienced this too? Would anyone like to share some wisdom as to why this would occur? As someone who doesn't use tampon I'm hoping my cycle flow would have minimized enough for me to continue use pad and attend class.

This is just a guess. Frequent and intense exercise of any type will lessen periods intensity.
The message is that there is not enough left in the body to support a fetus ( I assume).
If you are doing daily bikram, I would assume this could be true. I a not sure its a good thing.

Yes, I find this to be true for me. Those days are lighter and shorter and I love it. My cramps are less as well which is priceless and my cravings are less for "junk food". It's pretty much been this way for me with any type of workouts I am doing at the time. I feel better and I think it' healthier for my body too.
