Expert Yogi Posts: 8442      | Great idea to take more training lotus  Funny how yoga "gets" you and makes you want to learn more, isn't it? I would suggest taking classes at whatever studios you have nearby and seeing which style fits you best. I am partial to Iyengar, but don't know if that is available to you. | ||
