| I am not the healthiest person in the world and I get panic attacks. I read a book on yoga and tried some of the breathing exercises and saw a difference in my level of anxiety. Where do I go from here? I would really love to have that peace that yooga seems to bring. |

Yoga prepares the body for meditation.
Site and relax in the sun after doing some
breating exercises & asanas.
I would really love to

I think that you cluld read some
suzuki about non-attaniment,
or just read the following line
about not grasping at something
and letting it come to you.

| hi friend , i am from Turkey and i also have panic attacks , so first of all i started to go psychiatrist and they give me medication to decrease my anxiety . But beside the medication yoga and reading the books of yoga is really helpful . i will start it very soon : ) i can advice you another book of JACK ENSIGN ADDINGTON ( 100% mind power ) . i hope it passes in a short time .. please contact me if you want to talk about anything . take care |

| well i weigh 75 ( im 12) but i eat tons of junk food but im reducing my amount i just started yoga and i would get more exercises to do at www.yogabasics.com thats where i got all of mine! |
