Subject: Books/Magazines on Bikram Yoga


Good Day All,
I was just wondering if anybody could recommend any kind of literature about Bikram Yoga, and also if there is a magazine specifically for Bikram Yoga?

There is no magazine to my knowledge. There is Bikram's book which has a good tone to it but is a terrible book technically. Other than his book, which I do not recommend, I do not think there is anything else. I have writen my own article on the series for teachers I work with, maybe that can help. Let me know.

I have it on my homepage which is not finished but I have all of the article on it. I have made some changes in my teaching since I wrote the article. I will up date it when I get a chance.
