| Hi Sheelaji,
I am Fayaz basically from Bangalore, working as a Computer Programmer in Dammam ,Saudi Arabia. I have mild hypertension, basically i am not taking any drugs just maintaining lifestyle by doing excercises usually jogging & eating low fat & low salt foods. My request is i am in need of your adivce, that if i do yoga, can i eliminate my hypertension. Your soon reply is appriciated.
