| There are many different types of yoga. They are all supposed to lead you to the same place -- union with god, the universe, or yourself if you don't believe in a God. Kundalini Yoga is the "Yoga of Awareness." It works on the chakra system, your nervous system, and your glandular system. I like this yoga best |

| Yoga is concentration - better than concentrate on what we have written here. Why dont you go to many different yoga classes with different yoga teachers and experience for yourself. Because your experience will help answer your question more than what is written here. |

| As per my knowledge the yoga is one type meditation. It is very useful for the health. You have to do it regularly. You can improve your immunity system is well.
