I have a question about part of the dialogue, and what it means in this posture. When our hands move into prayer position, I hear the term "names gar" (I'm just sounding it out phonetically.) I've looked around to see what this means, and can't seem to find any info. I know this is probably because of my spelling. Can any of you share some info with me?
