Hello,

How do you guys usually manage this in ashtanga yoga? do you take a break until you´re healed or do you yoga carefully until healed?

What I thinking about is wether if it´s good for the tension to rest or if it´s good with easy movement for increased bloodflow thrue the affected muscles?

regards

Just do what you do with reducing muscular tension and straining. You will be surprised how much easier yoga can become!
