Do your best to look younger:

1. Change your lifestyle. According to research by St Louis University, there are some factors that make people look older : being 20 pounds over- or under- weight; having cholesterol levels more than 220, being unmarried and over 40, also drinking caffeinated beverages and having depression.

2. Take yoga exercises. Yoga eliminates stress from your physiology (body and soul), recharges your batteries, and makes you feel rejuvenated and energized. Research based on people, aged 20 to 65, showed that those who exercise yoga regularly appeared five years younger. They had better cardiovascular endurance and improved skin texture.

3. Improve your diet. A good diet is central to overall good health, but which are the best foods to include in your meals, and which ones better to avoid? Drink eight to ten pints of water a day and cut down on fatty foods, it helps you stay feet and healthy. According to findings from St Louis University study on whether calorie-restriction diet can even extend lifespan.

4. Have regular sex. Couples with a regular sex life can look ten years younger than those who don’t, say research at the Royal Edinburg Hospital. It’s thought to be because sex reduces stress and leads to better sleep.
Have a good sleep. People having their sleep out without red eyes and tired baggy skin below the eyes look younger and more attractive.

Be calmer:

5.Yoga practicing. Yoga is a best way to reduce stress, boost your immune system and slow down the hands of time. The benefits start to show after about six weeks of exercise three times a week.

6. Meditate. Our body is involved in the constitution of the mind. Research at the University of Michigan found that twice-daily transcendental meditation sessions help students to be calmer, feel happier and along better with other people.

7. Find your hobby. People who have a hobby are more relaxed and less irritable. It’s thought that the hobby provides a distraction from the pressurized part of people’s lives.

8.Think positive. Positive thoughts helping people improve their lives and overcome difficult situations

9. Have frequent sex. Women who have sex frequently are calmer. Researchers believe mood-changing chemicals in semen get into the bloodstream, and act like an antidepressant.

10.Sing. Communal singing is good for mind and body, say researchers at the University of Newcastle. As well as burning off 150 calories an hour, it improves breathing and muscle tone, alleviates depression, stammering, stress, low self-esteem, asthma and chronic pain.

11. Eat out. Those who eat out with friends are less stressed and less depressed. A study in Germany showed that dining out formally acts as closure to the day’s stressful events.

I'm really interested to look fit and beautiful.
One of my friend suggested me to take nutritional supplements from: http://www.calohealth.com/
But I don't understand whether this is good for body or not.

It is not good for your body and it is even worse for your financial health.

There is no magic pill that will make you fit and beautiful.

Hi Surya, fantastic list there. I'd like to emphasise and encourage the practice of meditation. I have recently discovered 'Mindfulness', an ancient Buddhist meditative technique that's concerned with living in the present. I have found it really helpful to become more in touch with what is already here, rather than think about tomorrow or yesterday. We are so busy with hectic lives nowadays that we never really exist for now! I am slowly learning to live less in 'automatic pilot' mode.

Morning walk or running is the only way to start you day and feel fit. To feel fabulous take an adequate sleep also. Body is like a machine, if it is not properly serviced on time then any defects can arise on your machine.
