sleeping problems are real annoying but i have found many things over the years that do and no not work ! i now swear my magnesium, pranayama, energy healing, drinking 9 glasses of WARM/hot water throughtout the day (with lemon in the first couple of morning ones)) (*yes - dont know why, but the water somehow amazingly affects my sleep) !
try it, i have bought all sorts of products , but apart from magnesium (cheapest in holland and barrat - make sure you get 100% rda, and take half after lunch and half before you go to bed) nothing else works apart from the pranayama water, energy healing and meditation ! this all has a cumolative effect once you do all of this you will see results within 2 weeks

good luck - dont let insomnia control you !

Thanks for the advice I've been actually having sleep troubles currently
I'm trying my best to get the 100% rda of water but it's really hard, especially in the morning...

Only go to bed when youre going to sleep
Dont read or watch tv in bed
Make the room as dark and quiet as possible
Try some relaxing sound when you go to bed , either a radio talk show or soothing musc.
Dont eat anything before you go to bed.

Research reports that yoga practice can help to alleviate sleep problems. For a natural, drug-free way to promote restful sleep, try yoga for sweet dreams.
