Meditation means going into peace. It reduces stress. We get relax after meditation. it helps us in many ways. By it we can increase our memory power. It the way to come out from stress and depression. Through it your power will increase. We should do Meditation everyday atleast 15 to 20 minutes.

Agreed! We should all meditate. But it's not for everyone and it can be very challenging for others. That's why I would recommend 5 minutes per day. It's enough to get you started and to slowly develop your skill for longer periods of time.

Meditation is a great way to relax and the body and mind . I do it from the past few years and it's just the best of health. Meditation is the only process, or feel you can touch your soul. It provides us with a lot of energy, but also gives some incredible power, you like a sixth sense, telepathy, etc.
