Our program: six days of intense yoga practice and meditation in the famous Blue Zone of Nicoya Peninsula; jungle trekking and wild life watching in Arenal Volcano National Park; rest and relaxation in Arenal Volcano Hot Springs.

We will live on an eco-farm, in simple but comfortable cabins in a dry tropical forest. We will have two yoga practices a day – an intense morning practice to prepare our body for a new day, and an evening relaxation and restoration practice. In the day time we will sunbathe on the beach, go on a jungle trek, and just relax near the eco-lodge’s swimming pool. Additional activities like jungle canopy tours, horseback riding, and snorkeling are also available. The eco-lodge will provide us with delicious food prepared from local environmentally clean products (they don’t bother to get “organic” certification).
After six days of intensive yoga practice we will relax for two days in Arenal Volcano Hot Springs. The hotel offers several hot spring basins with different water temperatures; they also have crocodiles, butterflies, and frog farms, and a stunning volcano view. We also plan a trek in Arenal Volcano National Park with wild life watching.
We want our retreat to be affordable for everyone, so we keep our price as low as $1350. It includes accommodation, transportation, the National Park’s entrance fee, breakfasts and dinners at the eco-lodge and breakfasts at the hot springs resort. It does not include airfare to Costa Rica, meals in restaurants or additional activities.
