Location: New York, NY		Hi everyone! My name is Lisa, I'm 48 years old, and am from the New York City area. I've been into yoga for years and years, since my 20s, but have fallen away from it about eight years ago or so. I've gained a lot of weight and have lost a lot of flexibility, so I'd really really like to get back into yoga to turn things around for myself physically.

Glad to have found this place - thanks for having me!
