I have just started a beginners hatha yoga class as I thought it might help me with pain management. The first session went really well both in terms of immediate pain reduction and feeling that mind/body/spirit connection. The former was expected/hoped for but the latter had never entered my thoughts before I took the class.

Now I'm really interested in learning more about the philosophy of yoga. My teacher mentioned that there is 8 limbs of yoga and her website mentions the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. I want to know more about that as well as what is meant by "chakra" and "kundalini awakening" (not mentioned by my teacher but by someone who says he had his chakras cleared by a healer and experienced a kundalini awakening).

The thing is I don't cope very well with much time on the computer as it makes muscle problems and headaches worse for me. I was hoping I could find some podcasts/mp3s to listen to instead of searching around on the internet. Being so new to this though I don't know where I can get reputable info/audio files from. Can anyone recommend a good place to start?
