Hello,

I'm Rimo 32 year old man, yoga lover from California. Last year, I've completed my yoga training from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram and Centre in India. Here, I share yoga poses & images which helps to motivate yoga beginners & learners.

Hey Rimomarsh, I'm meera, a yoga instructor from India. In your post you said, you have some great yoga poses for yoga beginners and learners, could you please share those poses here.
