Hi Friends..
How are you, I hope you all are fine. I want to tell you something here that I had gone to Goa, India for Yoga. Really friends yoga is so good thing to rejuvenate relax & live stress free life. I learnt there Ayurveda Course & Hatha yoga course. I was suffering from depression, very much tensed and dull but visiting yoga classes was an amazing experience friend. Getting solution of all problems I feel much better more than before. Now I am so much trained that I can register myself with Yoga Alliance to teach Yoga to other students. Great friends…… SOHYAA is amazing yoga school in India. I only suggest you SOHYAA for yoga……..
