| Yogasanas are the best ways to gain flexibility for body and mind! It helps us loose weight in safest possible ways and promotes strong mental health.
Invariable of weight loss, always practice Surya Namaskar for 12 times to improve flexibility and a calm mind.
For weight loss, its very important to focus on chest, stomach & thigh regions of our body. However doing Yoga will help you reap huge benefits for the whole body even if you focus more on these areas of the body.
1. Paripurna Navasana - Lie on your back., raise your thighs and move up your stomach area. It forms a boat pose or Paripurna Navasana. This helps in complete stomach area
2. Baddha Konasana - Sit up and keep your thighs close and start fluttering. This is similar to butterfly fluttering. This helps the muscles in the inner thighs
3. Danurasana - Lie on back and pull ur legs towards your back and extend your arms and hold the ankles. This helps to loose your muscles around your stomach, hip and back area
4. Pavanmuktasana - Lie down on your back, lift your legs, and bend them at the knees. Clasp the legs with both your hands, and try pressing them against your stomach. This helps in reducing the lower abs and work on the fat layers
5. Bhujangasana - Lie on the ground such that your forehead touches the ground. Bend your elbows, and place your palms below your shoulders and close to the body. Stretch your feet such that the tops of your feet touch the ground. This helps in reducing the whole abs and work on the fat layers
Tips:
When you do the asana "BREATH IN" and hold your breath during the posture & "BREATH OUT" once you relax.
Count to 20 and increase to 30 when you hold the breath
Do it 3 times for any asana
At any point you find difficulty, stop it the asana and relax
If you find any muscle cramp, get back to savasana and be relaxed
Dont overdo as the Yogasana in itself meant for relaxation
