(1) In normal work, attention should be paid to checking the work and lubrication of bearings. It is advisable that the temperature (bearing and outer circle) of bearings should be 15-20 degrees higher than the ambient temperature. The highest temperature should not exceed 30-35 degrees, that is to say, the actual temperature of outer circle of bearing rack should not exceed 55-60 degrees C. The bearings in normal work should be oiled 3-4 degrees per year. At least once a year, the bearings are cleaned and the lubricants are replaced.

(2) In normal work, the packing should be pressed regularly. If the packing can not guarantee the required sealing performance due to wear, the new packing should be replaced. If mechanical seals are used and leakage is found, the dynamic and static rings of mechanical seals should be checked for damage or aging of auxiliary seals. If the above situation occurs, new parts need to be replaced.

(3) When special sound occurs, the pressure plate on the two end caps can be removed to check whether the two end faces of the impeller are abraded with the distributor, and whether the exhaust valve plate is normal.
