Atmosphere furnace, also known as ladle furnace and atmosphere protection furnace, usually includes a container that can be evacuated to fill the atmosphere and a box furnace that can be placed in it. The atmosphere furnace is widely used in the industrial field, and is especially suitable for the sintering of magnetic cores in the magnetic material industry. It is mainly used for small tests in the laboratory and small batch production. The sintering process of the magnetic core has certain requirements for the oxygen partial pressure. Usually, it is evacuated after being vacuumed and filled with nitrogen to perform sintering.
