The gas chemical heat treatment experimental electric furnace tank discloses a gas chemical heat treatment experimental electric furnace tank, which includes a closed tank body, a guide pipe is arranged in the middle of the upper cover of the tank body (1), the lower end of the guide pipe is located in the tank body, a fan is arranged in the guide pipe, a drip pipe and a vent pipe are arranged on the guide pipe which is located outside the tank body, and the upper part of the guide pipe which is located inside the tank body A circulation hole is arranged around the tank body, and a through pipe is uniformly arranged on the upper cover of the tank body around the guide pipe, and the bottom of the through pipe is communicated with the inner part of the tank body. Because an atmosphere guide pipe is added in the center of the furnace, the atmosphere circulation is good; the sample is loaded and taken through the sampling hole, so as to avoid the gas entering into the furnace when the sample is loaded or taken; one furnace is multi-purpose, the experimental furnace can complete three kinds of chemical heat treatment, such as carburizing, nitriding and carbonitriding.
