The replacement cycle of the compressed air precision filter element is determined by its pressure drop. Generally speaking, if the pressure drop exceeds 0.68kgf/cm2, the pointer of the precision filter differential pressure gauge points to the red area or needs to be replaced after working for 6000-8000 hours (one year). In the case of activated carbon filters, they should be replaced when odors are detected downstream.

How to replace the compressed air precision filter element.

1. Isolate the filter, close the intake valve or compressed air supply system, and then close the exhaust valve after effective pressure relief (or close the relevant valves to effectively relieve pressure through the filter drain hole).

2. Unscrew the housing and remove the old filter element.

3. Clean the filter housing.

4. Replace the filter element with a new one (don't miss the sealing ring, the filter element should be installed firmly and correctly).
