| I have made a zubatan and a zafu. I never was able to find a pattern, so I just studied the photos and came up with my own patterns. If you have any previous sewing ability you should have no problems. If I can help you, just let me know. |

| Interesting request.
You can try the different chakra symbols - spread along the lenght of the mat. It would be just fantastic if you can have the silhoutte of the yogi in meditation and position the chakras at the right points. You will have quite a task!
Just a simple OM symbod (the sanskrit symbol) is a great start.
A sample Yoga sutra or part of it thereof - "Chitta Vrtti Nirodham" for example.

| Me again.... two days I looked and couldn't find one to day they are coming out of the woodwork...here is another one site. I am a seamstress and have been a long time..this pattern looks like it will fit the bill.
