Hello,

I believe that positions are a myth when it comes to concieving. I believe it's more the stress we put ourselves through that disables our bodies to concieve. I would suggest that you just relax and forget about the the question in your head "is this it?" and just let your body relax and enjoy the moment. And when you leas expect it it will just happen.

I would highly recommend the book Luna Yoga. It helped two of my students get pregnant in the first month of doing the exercises. It is a wonderful book. Are you in a good class? I hope so. Good luck to you.

hellow ,
i am from india, u do paschimotasana and bhadthrasana and khandharasana. ( lay down , fold legs, raise your stomach upwards) retain in this position up to 1 minute it helps to conceive. best of luck
