Subject: im happy now


Hi,
my name is samantha and i want to learn how to do yoga as a beginer im insucure anout other people seeing me and how bad i might be :) and i was just wondering if i could get a privet teacher and how much would it cost,for how long and what would we be doing.

You don't have to be conscious of how you do Yoga. Nobody who ever attends a Yoga class is there for others, they are there for themselves. So they won't be trying to observe others or critque.

You don't need a private teacher also; that could be expensive too but unnecessary. Just attend the class. Fact is, you have to start somewhere as a beginner as in any challenge. Also it is not how much well you do a posture. Yoga teaches you think about the mind and helps you improve the quality of one's mind; that itself will give you more confidence, acceptance and better outlook.

Just take the step and you will feel the difference after a class or two.
