I'm 14 and want to practice yoga, but I barely know anything about it. I want to make sure it's the right thing for me to do to relieve stress. I'd appreciate anybody's opinion. Thank-you.

Take a few classes. Make sure you are doing it right. Yoga is really not hard at all, you just
go to your edge and relax. Breath and relax.

In yoga you do not go to the maximum stretch, you go too your limit. Do not judge yourself
and enjoy the gentle stretches. It is not hard, just don't push yourself past your limit. Your
limit will increase with time.

It is a great stress releaser, Enjoy it. But I really recommend you take a few classes. You will
probably want to continue classes once you begin. An instructor can help you tremendously.

Every body is different, respect yours.
