Doing only YOGA will not help much for curing rashes and skin diseases. You have to consult a good DERMATOLOGIST. And prepare a proper diet with lots of green vegetables and fruit salads. Also drink sufficient water. do proper check ups so that there is no internal diseases.

Detailed instructions and demonstration of Yoga practices intended to improve blood circulation, reduce toxins and acidity, and help prevent skin infections such as acne, eczema, and psoriasis.you must practice yoga daily. Your sessions should include the standing forward bending postures and inverted postures followed by deep relaxation in the supine posture. By practicing yoga, in an effort to clear up acne, you will increase the blood flow to your face as well as flushing away various toxic agents.

Yoga can help with skin problems in a way that it improve the blood circulation, and more oxygen in brought to the cells, so better skin is possible. However one must not underestimate good nutrition and healthy way of life.

I think there is no direct effect to the skin problem in doing yoga but in the long run it has a positive effect that is why it is still needed to visit a doctor or an expert.
