Subject: re: gaining weight

I know this is not a usual question that is asked, but i am preparing to take my first bikram class and i was wondering if their is any way in which bikram can help me to gain weight (as i am not looking to lose any). Sorry if its a stupid question but i think i heard that it was possible somewhere else.

Thanks for the help.
Matt

I doubt you're going to see a notcible weight gain Matt--possibly a wee bit on the scales as some muscle weight is gained but I know of nobody who has gained weight--intense exercise, high heat and humidity, lots of liquids damping the appitite--not a sound prescription for weight gain.
